Conan O'Brien Twitter Pic

Conan O’Brien has recently joined Twitter and found himself quickly having hundreds of thousands of followers. But Conan didn’t seem to be interesting in following anyone back.

That is until one day when Conan announced, “I’ve decided to follow someone at random. She likes peanut butter and gummy dinosaurs. Sarah Killen, your life is about to change.”

Conan, who’s twitter image shows him with a beard and a monkey on his back, has the following for his bio, “I had a show. Then I had a different show. Now I have a Twitter account.”

Follow Sara’s journey and good fortune from being the one person who Conan O’Brien chose to follow here at http:// twitter.com/LovelyButton

Design Hell by The Oatmeal

Design Hell

I’ve got to share this comic. The first time I read it I cracked up and had to forward it to some of my friends who are graphic designers and web designers.

The comic is called Design Hell and it is by The Oatmeal.

It does a great job of showing the frustrations that many clients can bring. While there are a lot of great clients out there, and of course we do need them to stay in business, this comic sums up the frustrations of those who work in Web design. I swear that I have had everything happen to my Web design company that happens in this comic strip.

See for yourself – Design Hell by The Oatmeal.

Google Superbowl Ad Parodies

I am a huge football fan. There is nothing quite like watching the Superbowl in the world of sports. It’s to teams at the top of their game playing for their home town, their pride, and for each other. However, the Superbowl is the one television event of the year where people pay attention to the commercials as closely as they do the the program or game.

Google did a great job with their Superbowl commercial. It was touching, entertaining, and captivating. It was such a hit that the day after the big game there are already several spoofs of the Google ad. Check them out below for yourself with the Google Superbowl ad up first. More »
